By Degrees Foundation will partner with entire student bodies on Des Moines’ northside to increase high school graduation and postsecondary readiness rates. They will address social determinants of health and combat the cycle of poverty by creating robust K-12 support systems and future-focused programming. This project will expand By Degrees Foundation's financial health and wellness impact by hiring a full-time North High Program Manager and developing health/wellness initiatives and partnerships serving students and families at all three partner schools.
