Iowa ACEs 360 will partner with Iowa Health and Human Services Child Welfare to expand the Discovering Connections tool's success. They will create a comprehensive, healing-centered approach to engage youth in out-of-home placement and other services. This project aims to develop a companion tool for out-of-home placement, emphasizing youth strengths, hope, and aspirations. It will offer youth space to express their needs, ensuring interventions match their desires and support their healing. Initially focused on deeply involved youth, it will gradually extend throughout the child welfare continuum.
