Mid-Iowa Health Foundation released its 2021 HealthConnect Fellowship Report, featuring outcomes and lessons learned during the initiative's second phase from October 2019-June 2021.
The report highlights each of the 20 fellows' campaigns focused on system changes to address social determinants of children's health. It also invites the community to consider new approaches to improving children's well-being in central Iowa.
